Dr. Penelope was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. After visiting Atlanta at 14, she knew she wanted to attend college in Georgia.  She attended Spelman College to receive a Bachelor's Degree in  Psychology with a concentration in Medicine. After graduating, she was accepted into Life University to further her education in healthcare by studying Chiropractic. Dr. Knox has worked in many fields of chiropractic including wellness, personal injury, nutrition, pediatrics, geriatrics, and sports rehabilitation. Dr. Knox's mission is to spread health, wellness, and resiliency one spine at a time throughout Jacksonville, Florida.
